An image message service system, and a device and a method for the same are provided to enable a user to use an image message service even though the user uses a terminal which does not support an internet function. An image message service device includes: a call receiver(301) which establishes a video call path by receiving an originating call from a caller; an image message recording unit(303) which records an image message of the caller by receiving the message through the video call path; a call setting unit which establishes a video call path with an answerer by trying to make a call to the answerer; and an image message reproduction unit(309) which reproduces the recorded image message to the answerer through the video call path established by the call setting unit. |
