A cellular phone having a memory therein is provided to enable a user to utilize his/her cellular phone as a USB(Universal Serial Bus) device. Cellular phones which many people possess can be used as USB(Universal Serial Bus) devices by using acceptance spaces of the cellular phones, thereby increasing the utilization of a cellular phone.
