A column type electric-powered power assistance steering system is provided to reduce the manufacturing cost and to assemble conveniently. A column type electric-powered power assistance steering system comprises an outer tube(310) of the hollow form in which the steering column is equipped in inside, an inner tube(330) inserted into the outer tube, a housing cover(340) which is formed in the end part of the inner tube and is integrally formed with the inner tube, a deceleration apparatus housing(350) which is combined with the housing cover while the deceleration apparatus is built in, a deceleration apparatus housing and the fastening means(360) screwing the housing cover.
