A balance measurement apparatus is provided to measure a mass deviation of a target object and perform a balance measuring operation for a long period of time without being repaired. A balance measurement apparatus includes a target object(3), a pair of first rollers(22), a vibration measuring unit(70), a first vibration measuring plate(20) having a measurement operation unit(80), a control box displaying operation values provided by the measurement operation unit, a light scanner(72) scanning a laser beam, and a light-receiving unit(74) receiving the laser beam scanned by the light scanner.
