FLAME RETARDANT ADHESIVE COMPOSITION, AND COVERLAY FILM USING SAME

A flame retardant adhesive composition, and a coverlay film using the composition are provided to improve flame retardancy, adhesive property, heat resistance and migration resistance. A flame retardant adhesive composition comprises 100 parts by weight of a halogen-free epoxy resin having b/a>=2.0 if a is the number of carbon atoms of an aliphatic group in an epoxy resin and b is the number of carbon atoms of an aromatic group in an epoxy resin; 15-70 parts by weight of a synthetic rubber having a reactive functional group; 1-20 parts by weight of a curing agent; and 10-170 parts by weight of an inorganic filler.
