An organic light emitting display is provided to recue resistance and defect of a line by including a sub-pixel at the place where a signal lines are crossed each other. In an organic electroluminescent display device, a display unit(170) includes a plurality of sub pixels positioned at the place signal lines are crossed each other. A power line(190a, 190b) for supplying power to the display unit. One of the power lines is arranged at a first metal layer, and metal layer insulating layer including the via hole which is located on the top of the first metal layer(120a) and expose a part of the first metal layer, and a second metal layer(140a) is connected to the metal layer through a contact hole. The driving part is connected to signal lines and selectively supplies the driving signal to the display unit. A pad unit supplies a driving signal to the display unit while being far from the display unit and the driving unit. |
