METHOD FOR THE HYDROFORMYLATION OF OLEFINS AND APPARATUS USING THE SAME

A hydroformylation method of an olefin, and a hydroformylation apparatus of an olefin are provided to enhance the production yield of an aldehyde by improving the efficiency of hydroformylation. A hydroformylation method of an olefin comprises the step of spray-feeding an olefin and a synthetic gas comprising hydrogen and carbon monoxide into an oxo-reactor(100) through a nozzle(20), wherein the oxo-reactor is provided with a nozzle combined with a venturi(30) and a recirculation pipe(12, 13, 14, 15, 16). Preferably the oxo-reactor is a venturi-loop reactor, and the nozzle has a diameter of 0.1 mm to 100 cm. Preferably the olefin is propylene, and the produced aldehyde is butylaldehyde.
