The invention relates to a device for the automated production of bent and/or knotted pieces of dough, especially in the shape of pretzels. Said device comprises a functional component (FC) having a tool (T) for handling the dough, said tool being adapted in terms of its geometry and/or design to the specific bent and/or knotted shape of the piece of dough to be produced. The functional component (FC) is connected to or provided with a basic frame (BF) which is adapted to exchangeably receive, depending on the shape of bend or knot, the tool (T) of the functional component (FC) via a detachably enagageable connection. |
