A base integrated case and a condenser microphone using the same are provided to simplify an assembly process and reduce a cost by directly integrating a mesh with an acoustic hole of a case. A base integrated condenser microphone case is composed of a case(112) made of the metal material, a surface supporting part, and a lateral wall insulation part(114a). An acoustic hole(112a) and a resin penetrating hole are formed in the case. In an acoustic hole, the mesh is formed in the bottom central part of the barrel with an opened side. The resin is passed through the resin penetrating hole when forming an insulated base around a peripheral part of the bottom. The surface support unit is formed with the case through an insert injection method. The surface supporting part is formed in the outer surface of the bottom of the case. The lateral insulating unit is formed inside the case and performs the insulating base function. |
