An organic electroluminescent device is provided to realize front brightness or a viewing angle suitable for various conditions which is required for the display device. The organic electro luminescence device includes a lower substrate plate(1) and an organic electroluminescent diode which is formed on the top of the lower plate and it radiates in response to the driving current. The encapsulation substrate(32) is formed on the top of the organic electroluminescent diode, and it encapsulates the organic electroluminescent diode. One micro lens(41) is equipped in the lower part of the encapsulation substrate at the each sub pixel.
