A hot-dip galvanizing method of the fastener is provided to manufacture the fastener of the high corrosion resistance/high hardness by improving the threading through enlargement of the surface hardness of the fastener. A hot-dip galvanizing method of fastener performs the followings: a cleaning process removing the scale and foreign material of the fastener surface which processing is completed; a thermal process of heating the fastener which washing is completed in inside with heating with the high temperature(700 ~ 1200‹C); a plating process which supplies the plating bath in which the melt which is the zinc of the low temperature(390 ~ 450‹C) the heated fastener made of the base of the magnesium and aluminum; a keeping warm centrifugation process which it rotates so that the plating layer of the fastener surface be uniform; a water cooling process supplying the chilled water tank and cools fastener; and a tempering process which respects the material stabilization of fastener and heat-treated at the low temperature(150~350‹C).
