A photographing apparatus of composition-image for dental diagnosis is provided to make an X-ray image photography process for various medical examinations simple by integrating detector into a rotation arm. In a photographing apparatus of composition-image for dental diagnosis, a rotation arm(1) rotating left and right in horizontally to diagnosis like the X-ray imaging photography. A supporter(2) moves upward corresponds to the height of the medical examiner while supporting, fixing, and moving horizontally of the rotation arm. An object moving unit(3) is mounted on the support and moves forward, backward, reciprocating, up/down so that the imaging photography is facilitated through the organic operation with the rotation arm.
