A structure of transferring a submerged carriage of a sludge collector is provided to circulating a scraper along a traveling direction of the submerged carriage at a very slow speed and to lighten the scraper. A structure of transferring a submerged carriage of a sludge collector contains a main body(120) having a wheel(121) corresponding to a guide rail(101), a scraper(103) combined to one side of a front part and a rear part of the main body, an operation lever(123) of which one side is connected to a transfer rope(111) and an operating link(127) of which one side is pivotally combined in the operation lever and the other side is pivotally combined in the scraper.
