The optical cable module and the digital image transmitting system adopting the same are provided to reduce effectively the number of optical fibers separate attachment users. The optical cable module includes optical cable and receiver having the transmission unit, at least, one optical fiber(401), the transmission unit, a plurality of emitting device (LH1~LH4) generating the optical signals of the different wavelengths, and the receiver, and the band filters separating from the optical signals of the different wavelengths.
