摘要 A shank for the core drill and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase tolerance about torsional stress by forming integrally the joint and shank while increasing gradient and the strength. As to a manufacturing method of the core drill consisting of joint, and shank and tip, a material cutting step(S10) cutting the prepared material of the specified formation in the fixed level; a annealing heat treatment step(S20) for furnace cooling the cut material in 500‹C after annealing at 3 ~ 5 hours in the annealing furnace of the room temperature 830 ~ 850‹C; a shot process step(S30) shorting the material annealed and heat-treated; a step(S40) for forming lubricating and film surface of the shorted material; a step(S50) for molding the fundamental type phase of the shank for the core drill pressing and becomes the joint and shank into one body the coated material; and a finishing stage(S60) of the shank for the core drill which the finish toolpath is the inside diameter and external diameter of the shank formed owing to the molding step comprised of step, and the groove manufacturing of the thread machining step of the joint and shank side and auditory capsule processing stage.
