摘要 A method for preparing a pine tree liquor is provided to allow a healthful pine tree liquor of high quality to be produced massively by using an extract of pine trees. A method for preparing a pine tree liquor comprises the steps of making hard-boiled rice with 30 kg of nonglutinous rice and using 50 g of compounding yeast to 30 g of aspergillus at 35-40 deg.C; adding 10 g of cultivated yeast and 3 L of water to 2 kg of the prepared aspergillus and fermenting it at 25 deg.C for 3-4 days to 5 L of rice liquor dreg; adding 28 g of the prepared aspergillus and 45 L of water to 5 L of the prepared rice liquor dreg and maturing it at 28 deg.C for 2 days to obtain 78 L of brown yeast; mixing 78 L of the brown yeast, a mixture of the hard-boiled rice made with 70 kg of glutinous rice, 2 kg of yeast and 100 L of water, and 15 L of a pine extract obtained by boiling 10 kg of pine sprout in 20 L of water at 100 deg.C for 3 hours, and maturing it at 30 deg.C for 15 days to obtain 264 L of brown yeast having an alcoholic degree of 14.14 %; and filtering the brown yeast, adding 21 L of water to the filtered solution to prepare 260 L of pine tree liquor having an alcoholic degree of 13 %.
