A method for offering real-time accident processing information and a system thereof are provided to enable a user to confirm the progress of accident processing through a short message or the Internet. A method for offering real-time accident processing information by using a terminal which is capable of reading a barcode and wirelessly transmitting data comprises the following steps. An insurance company transmits a short message for informing a user of the receipt number for a corresponding accident and the person in charge of the accident(S100). And then, the user talks over the telephone with the person in charge to have help from the insurance company(S110). Finally, the insurance company deliveries a short message for notifying the user that the insurance processing is completed after paying insurance money(S120). |
