An apparatus for pulverizing the dried fruit is provided to remove the difficulty of pulverization by moisture and to reduce the time required for pulverizing process. An apparatus for pulverizing the dried fruit comprises a storage tank(10) which stores liquid nitrogen; a first hopper(20) where the fruit to be pulverized is injected and to which the liquid nitrogen is sprayed form the storage tank; a pulverization unit which pulverizes the fruit rapidly-frozen by liquid nitrogen; a collection tank(50) which collects the pulverized fruit; a first pulverization unit(30) which comprises a second hopper(31), a transfer screw, a first chamber and a first impeller and which pulverizes the frozen fruit between a first fixed blade and a first rotating blade; and a second pulverization unit(40) which comprises a second chamber and a second impeller. |
