When a time mean value of a square value (square mean value Sqib) of charge/discharge current Ib is greater than a threshold value Sqref and a remaining capacitance SOC is greater than a threshold value SOCref1, a basic input limit Wintmp set according to a battery temperature Tb and the remaining capacitance SOC and corrected is set as an execution input limit Win* (steps S140, S180, S190). When the remaining capacitance SOC is smaller than a threshold value SOCref2, a basic output limit Wouttmp set according to the battery temperature Tb and the remaining capacitance SOC and corrected is set as an execution output limit Wout* (steps S200, S210).
