<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a foreign matter and dust from entering a blowoff port when a tank is filled up and operation is stopped. <P>SOLUTION: When filling-up of the tank with water is detected during operation with a louver being swung, the operation of a blower, a compressor and the like other than a louver motor is stopped. The louver motor is driven so that the louver is rotated to come to a closed position where the louver closes the blowoff port. When the blowoff port is closed, the louver motor is stopped.
