A method of using a cellular phone caller identification service in a hand-held navigation system is provided to display caller information previously inputted by a user together with a caller identification function on an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display), output the caller information through a printer, input and correct the caller information by using a keyboard when the user wants and exchange stored caller identification information. A method of using a cellular phone caller identification service in a hand-held navigation system includes a step of inputting caller information through a navigation system, a step(415) of storing the inputted information in a memory, a step(418) of performing a CRM mode when a phone originating ring signal is received while a manual setting key for converting a navigation mode to a CRM mode, and a step(423) of performing the CRM mode when the manual setting key is inputted.
