Ceiling wallboard for the vehicles and the manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce the weight, the thickness and manufacturing cost of wallboard since the glass fiber mat of the base layer is directly stuck in the skin layer. A manufacturing method of ceiling wallboard for the vehicles comprises so that a skin layer(20) is laminated on a base layer(10). The base layer is laminated in order of a first glass fiber mat layer(3a), a first glue layer(2a), a polyurethane foam layer(1), a second glue layer(2b), a second glass fiber mat layer(3b), a hot melt film layer(2c) and a nonwoven layer(4) one after the other.
