<p>A chain guide is moved by a spigot, a feeler stops the chain to position the link to be welded, and a clamp holds the link welded faces in position. Two electrodes mounted on a assembly are applied to each end of the link until the weld bead is formed. A set of stamps surrounds the section on a level with the weld, and a deburring device, arranged outside the welding-stamping station, removes the burrs which are in the stamp joint plane. Used for chain up to 8 mm.</p> |
