A structure of transferring a submerged carriage of a sludge collector is provided to reduce damage and a deformation of a transfer rope by a load of in-operation and a friction and to remove sludge penuriously on a floor of a settling pond. A structure of transferring a submerged carriage of a sludge collector contains a body frame(121) installed on an establishment course of a transfer rope outside a settling pond, a plurality of transfer pulleys(123, 124) having a plurality of accommodating grooves(123a, 124a) inserting and winding the respective transfer rope; and a driving unit adding a moving force to the transfer rope. The transfer rope surrounds an outer portion which each transfer pulley faces and is wound a few times.
