A communication device transmits/receives information which has been LDPC-encoded by using the MIMO technique. The communication device includes: a transmission sort unit (12) for sorting the LDPC-encoded bit constituting the LDPC-encoded information in the ascending order of the column degree of the inspection matrix used for generating the LDPC encoded bit; and a signal transmission unit (13) for assigning the LDPC-encoded bit after sorted by the transmission sort unit (12) according to the order after the sort, starting at a transmission path having a low noise level. ® KIPO & WIPO 2009
