A system for an alarm service for the safety of a passenger, an apparatus thereof and a method therefor are provided to extract vehicle information from a received short message in case a user terminal receives a call request-related message from a call center server, and then automatically transmit the extracted information to a pre-set person. A system for an alarm service for the safety of a passenger comprises the followings: a call center server(310) transmitting a call request acknowledgement message to a user terminal; the user terminal(300) transmitting the generated alarm message to at least one terminal of a person who will receive an alarm service as being previously stored in a memory; the terminal(110) of the person which receives/displays the alarm message transmitted from the user terminal; and a wired or wireless communication network(120).
