摘要 A roll to roll printing device and a printing method thereof are provided to realize a micro-inkjet system by coupling a plurality of micro nozzles to a roll directly and inducing electrostatic fields in ink supplied to the center of the roll and keep the relative speed of roll movement to almost 0, thereby improving resolution, integration density and precision. A roll to roll printing device includes a printing roller part(100) having a body part formed with a chamber inside for receiving a predetermined amount of fluid and nozzles at a side surface to be communicated with the chamber and a plurality of ink-jet heads(100h) provided with an actuator for generating electrostatic fields for spraying the fluid via the nozzles. A paper sensing part has a position sensor for sensing papers advanced into upper and lower spaces of the printing roller by upper and lower rollers(210,220), a speed sensor for sensing the advancing speed of the papers, and a vibration sensor for sensing the vibration of the papers. A roller sensing part(400) has rollers(410-430) for sensing rpms of the printing roller, and upper and lower rollers respectively. A controller controls the rotation of the rollers based on the data sensed by the paper sensing part and the roller sensing part.
