The luminaire (1) has a hollow luminaire body (2) placed in an indoor space, where the luminaire body is made of partially good thermal conductive material. A carrier (3) is fixed in a luminaire mounted LED module, and three LEDs (4) are mounted on the carrier, where the carrier is thermally coupled to the luminaire body. A converter converts voltage to be suitable to the LED module, and an electrical connection unit e.g. screw connector, connects the LED module with the converter, such that one of the LEDs is partially engaged in a cavity of the luminaire body.
