Storage battery charging circuit comprises a light-emitting diode (l.e.d.) for optical indication of the working conditions of the circuit. The (l.e.d) is arranged as a voltage limiting component in the charge-current loop of the circuit. In a pref. form the output changes of a rectifier are connected to a pair of series circuits: one consisting of the accumulator and a diode; the other of the (l.e.d.) and a resistor. The accumulator (1) is provided with d.c. via the rectifier (2). The adjustable resistor (4) determines the loading voltage. The diode (5) prevents a reverse current from the accumulator through the (l.e.d.) (3). |
