A method for preparing biji (bean-curd refuse) cookie is provided to allow the abundant nutrients of the bean to be taken easily and conveniently. A method for preparing biji cookie comprises the steps of (S110) compressing the biji obtained as the by-product during the preparation dubu (bean curd) or soybean milk to remove moisture, and freeze-drying it to prepare a biji powder; (S120) mixing 90-100 parts by weight of the biji powder, 0.3-0.5 parts by weight of baking powder, 65-70 parts by weight of butter, 30-35 parts by weight of unrefined sugar, 35-40 parts by weight of fructooligosaccharides, 1.0-1.5 parts by weight of bamboo salt, 25-30 parts by weight of fertilized egg and 10-15 parts by weight of starch syrup to paste it; and (S130) cutting the paste into a cookie shape and heating it in an oven. |
