A method for removing the heat-resistant bacteria from honey, the honey prepared by the method, and a honey product containing the honey are provided to improve the quality of honey by removing heat-resistant bacteria completely. A method for removing the heat-resistant bacteria from honey comprises the steps of adding honey to electrolyzed water, carrying out the pretreatment of honey by using a prefilter of 1.0-2.0 micrometers and concentrating it; and adding water to the concentrated honey, and filtering it by using a microfilter.
