An image display method and an apparatus thereof are provided to display a plurality of images rapidly on one frame. Some of images of the number of images which are simultaneously displayed are respectively decoded. And sizes of the images are adjusted according to size of a predetermined display image(207). The decoded images are simultaneously displayed on one frame according to a preset image arrangement pattern(211). The above processes are repeated with regard to image which are not displayed among the images until the images are all displayed(217).
