A manufacturing method of leather and the leather by the method are provided, which prevent the natural leather from being burst or divided in heating the leather. A manufacturing method of the leather comprises: a step(S200) for vibration-processing so that the leather fabric can have the predetermined elasticity; a step(S300) for buff-processing in order to get rid of the raising of the leather fabric; a step(S400) for coating the surface of the leather fabric; a step(S500) for drying the coated leather in a sealed space; a step(S600) for covering-processing to level the surface of the dried leather fabric; a pre-treating step(S700) for dyeing the leather fabric; and a step(S800) for dyeing the leather fabric.
