A region-close advertisement business model using a total discount coupon book is presented to maximize sales of a sponsor, by fabricating the total discount coupon book. According to a total discount coupon book, discount coupons including advertisement contents, products or service contents of the sponsor and discount rate to customers are fabricated in a size smaller than 14cm x 8cm in a portable type. Each discount coupon is adhered using an adhesive agent at the left or right end. One discount book has less than 250 discount coupons.
