摘要 A direct shared electrode type organic light-emitting transistors and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve reliability by preventing loss of exciton by separating a light emitting part in an organic thin layer without an electrode. A lower electrode(2) with a predetermined pattern is laminated in a front surface of a substrate(1). An organic semiconductor thin layer(4) and an insulating layer(3) are formed on the upper portion of the lower electrode. The organic semiconductor thin layer is extended to the upper portion of the insulating layer and coats the insulating layer. An upper drain electrode(6) is formed on the upper portion of the organic semiconductor thin layer coating the insulating layer. An upper source electrode(5) is separated from the upper drain electrode with the predetermined distance and is formed on the organic semiconductor thin layer.
