<p>An apparatus for washing the inside of pipe and an operating method thereof are provided to remove foreign materials which do not fall down by the pressure of fluid since the inlet valve and discharge valve are set up at a certain interval in the pipe and the pig is inserted to the inlet valve and transferred by the pressure of fluid flowing inside the pipe to the discharge valve so that the foreign materials formed inside the pipe are removed. An apparatus for washing the inside of pipe comprises an inlet valve(10) installed on one end of the pipe including a body(40), a ball-disk(50), a control unit, and a cover(70); a pig inserted in the pipe through the inlet valve to remove the foreign material while being transferred by the pressure of the fluid; and a discharge valve installed on the other end of the pipe apart from the inlet valve to discharge the pig which has removed the foreign material in the pipe.</p> |
