A communications method which transmits and receives data by using a mobile terminal in Zigbee personal area network and a communications system therefor are provided to transmit and receive data in a communication system of the Zigbee personal area network which transmits and receives contents data including a Zigbee communication module. A first terminal includes a Zigbee communications module in which the Zigbee communications is possible and negates contents data(S46). The first terminal broadcasts profile information and contents data to a Zigbee private section(S48).
