Manufacturing the pipe (15) of a missile launcher, is an invention that belongs to the field of mechanical engineering, i.e. technology of sheet metal shaping in the process of deforming. Process for manucacturing the pipe (15) of missile launcher from sheet metal combines several technologies for sheet metal shaping with the welding technology. Process starts with calculation of dimensions of a sheet metal prefabricated element (1) with slope edges (2,3) by the angle (γ) being equal to the angle of a thread of a groove (9) to provide rotary movement for moving the rocket, i.e. a groove (8) for guiding the missile. The obtained prefabricated element (1) is thereupon profiled on the manufacturing profiling line in such a way that the sloped edge (2) or a sloped edge (3) of the prefabricated element (1) goes between the rolls (6,7), and the lateral edges (4,5) of the prefabricated element (1) are upright to the axes of the rolls (6,7) for profiling. In the profiling process making of the profiled sheet metal (10) which is further bent between the rolls (11,12,13) so that the lateral side (4) or a lateral side (5) of the profile goes between the rolls (11,12, 13), and the lateral sides (2,3) are upright to the rolls (11,12,13). The bent pipe (15) is welded by an electrode (16). Deforming of the pipes, that had occured during welding, are removed by final calibrating the pipes by drawing a calibrator (18) through the pipe (15).
