The device has a water inlet (1) with a filter and an anti-return valve (7), where the device is in form of a water reservoir. A toilet flush supply (2) has a latch valve filling the flush of a water closet using a faucet (5). The faucet is operational once water level attains one third of the reservoir. The reservoir has a bleeder (4) for emptying the reservoir, and an inspection hole (6) for maintenance of the reservoir, where the reservoir is made of sheet, glass or plastic.
