An apparatus for separating and collecting heavy metal from CCA wood is provided to separate Cr, Cu and As from the CCA wood using a relatively simple process with an excellent efficiency and to use the CCA wood as a new source of energy. Wood containing Cr, Cu or As is smashed. The crushed CCA wood and pure water are injected in an ozone reactor(120). A decompose material is obtained by processing the wood using an ozone gas generated from an oxygen injected to an ozonizer(110). Cr, Cu, or an organic compound in the decompose material are separated through a separation film(140).
