A fountain controller is provided to control the amount of water from plurality of fountains by classifying voice signal into a plurality of frequency bands. In a foundation controller, a voice signal supply outputs voice signal(100) and a plurality of filters(110,110a,110b) extracting the predetermined voice signal in each frequency band from the voice signal supplied from the voice signal supply. A plurality of driving value detection units(120,120a,120b) detecting the driving value by the speech signal of each frequency band which a plurality of filters extracts. A plurality of motors are run by each driving value from the driving value detection units, so a plurality of motor driving units(130,130a,130b) make nozzles output water.
