The structure has a solid inner zone with dimensions and geometry adapted to a function realized by a radiating wave guide (21) i.e. radiating plate slot antenna, and to characteristics of a guided electromagnetic wave i.e. hyper frequency wave. Metallic walls have lateral surfaces (22-25) that define a propagation medium opposite to the wave. The zone has a solid and rigid insulating element (26) with outer walls made of insulating material i.e. syntactic foam, possessing dielectric characteristics equal to that of air, and dimensions and geometry equal to that of the zone. The outer walls ensure smoothing process obtained by coating asperities of an epoxy resin layer.
