An organic electroluminescent polymer containing a triphenyl amine group is provided to ensure excellent solubility and high luminous efficiency by minimizing the intermolecular interaction and to improve hole injection and transmission property and color purity. An organic electroluminescent polymer is represented by the chemical formula 1. In the chemical formula 1, A1 is a substituted aryl and C2-4 aryl having a hetero ring; A2 is aryl group substituted or unsubstituted with at least one substitution group selected from a group consisting of linear or branched alkyl group and alkoxy group; R is hydrogen or aryl group substituted or unsubstituted with at least one substitution group selected from a group consisting of C1-20 linear or branched alkyl group and alkoxy group; Ar1 is arylamine group substituted or unsubstituted with at least one substitution group selected from a group consisting of C1-20 linear or branched alkyl group and alkoxy group; Ar2 is selected from a group consisting of C6-60 substituted or unsubstituted aromatic compound, and C2-60 substituted or unsubstituted heteroaromatic compound and their combinations; and X is an integer of 1~10,000, Y is an integer of 0~10,000 and Z is an integer of 1~100,000.
