A scrap generating prevention transcription sheet is provided, which is adhered to the cross section adhesive and does not easily fall down even though a peeling layer easily breaks or a partial peeling layer is broken. In a transcription sheet that a releasing layer(12), a peeling layer(13) and a glue layer(15) are successively laminated on one side of the substrate sheet(10): a cross section glue layer(18) is partly formed between the releasing layer and the peeling layer; a cross section glue layer partly formed between the releasing layer and the peeling layer is formed of a cut region(17) and prevents generation of particle when being cut; the width of the cross section glue layer is 5 ~ 15mm; and an easiness adhesion transaction layer is formed between the substrate sheet and the releasing layer and a pattern layer is formed between the peeling layer and the glue layer.
