A prosthetic disk between backbones is provided to improve the mobility of backbone as the rotation of intermediate connection unit and the lower support is possible according to the flow of backbone. A prosthetic disk between backbones consists of: a upper supporter(10) and a lower support(12) fixed to the upper part, and the downside backbone; an intermediate connection unit in which the top is fixed to the upper supporter so that upper and lower contact between the upper supporter and lower support; a convex curved surface part(26), which is formed in the lower part of the intermediate connection unit, having the fixed curvature; a concave curved part(18) of shape corresponding to the convex curved surface part on the top of the lower support contacting with the lower part of the intermediate connection unit(20). The upper supporter and lower support perform the rotational and curved exercise according to the flow of backbone and through the intermediate connection unit.
