The invention relates to plants for homogenization, emulsification and dispersion of liquid mixtures and can be used in the food, chemical and petroleum-refining industry. The cavitation generator for liquid mixture dispersion comprises a body (1) with a dispersion chamber (8), wherein it is installed a driving shaft (4) with rotor (2), made in the form of disk with cavitators (12) mounted onto concentric circumferences, liquid admission (13, 14) and outlet (15) branches. In the dispersion chamber (8) it is installed oppositely to the first one a second driving shaft (5) with rotor (3), made in the form of disk with cavitators (11) mounted onto concentric circumferences. The cavitators (11, 12) are made in cross-section in the form of elongated hexagon, are oriented with the greatest axis tangentially to the circle onto which they are placed and are mounted so that the cavitators of each disk may be placed into the space between the cavitators of the opposite disk. The body (1) additionally includes two liquid admission chambers (6, 7), separated from the dispersion chamber (8) by partitions (9, 10), and into the disks of the rotors (2, 3) and the partitions (9, 10) of the dispersion chamber (8) are made identical holes (16...19), placed oppositely to each other. The holes (16...19) are made immediately close by the axis of rotation of the driving shafts (4, 5).
