A method of making wine is disclosed. The method of making wine comprises placing ingredients in a tank; fermenting the ingredients in the tank; and pressing the ingredients in the tank with a perforated press plate to partially separate liquid from solid ingredients. Pressing the ingredients within the tank includes squeezing the ingredients between the press plate and a side wall of the tank.
