A roll over preventing device and method of vehicles including an air suspension apparatus is provided to suppress the incline of the car and quickly return the inclined car body in order to stabilize the car and prevent the roll over. The roll over preventing device comprises a compressed a gas storage(130) storing a compressed gas provided to the inside of an air suspension apparatus(100); a control valve in which the compressed gas is flowed into the air suspension apparatus; a sensing part(110) sensing parameters related to a roll feature; and a controller(120) estimating the roll state from the sensed parameters of the sensing part and producing a control signal.
