A suspension system for a driven wheel suspension is disclosed. The suspension system comprises a damper unit, a pivot, and a suspended wheel. The suspension system is designed to result in a squat curve (17) with a negative slope in the beginning of suspension travel, in the interim of suspension travel and in the end of suspension travel. The slope in the beginning of suspension travel and in the end of suspension travel is more negative than the slope in the interim of suspension travel.
