<p>The invention relates to a biocide composition for the control of material biodeterioration, to be used in the treatment of aqueous media, such as: recycled cooling water, lubricating and cooling emulsions employed in metal working, aqueous paints and other water-based systems. According to the invention, the composition consists of isothiazolones, magnesium salts, mono-copper tetra-sodium citrate and water, and is presented as a clear fluid, with the colour varying from yellow to blue, with a density ranging from 1 to 1.3 g/cm3 at 20A and a pH value of 1.5...5.5.</p> |
